Kinetic Grove Pilot Policies

Kinetic Grove is a small-group strength training experience with limited space in each series. These policies are designed to provide flexibility when possible while protecting the small-group experience and reserved space for each participant.Cancellation & Refunds
Your registration reserves a limited spot for the full series.
If you need to cancel your registration, please provide at least 7 days' notice before the first class to receive a full refund.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first class are generally non-refundable due to the limited class size and difficulty of filling the space on short notice. If Kinetic Grove is able to fill your spot, a refund may be provided.If an unexpected illness, emergency, or other significant circumstance prevents you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible. Kinetic Grove will make reasonable efforts to find an appropriate solution based on available options.First Class & Pilot Withdrawal
The first class is an important foundation for the rest of the series. It introduces key movements, equipment setup, technique, and starting resistance that will be built upon in subsequent classes.
Because of this, participants must complete the first class before continuing with the remainder of the series. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend the first class, please contact Kinetic Grove as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.Because this is a pilot experience, you will also have an opportunity to decide whether the series is right for you after completing your first class. If you decide not to continue after the first class, notify Kinetic Grove within 24 hours after your first class, and you will receive a refund for the remaining unused sessions.After this period, the remaining series is non-refundable.
Missed Classes & Make-Ups
Consistency is encouraged so that you can build on what you learn from week to week.If you need to miss a class after completing the first session, please provide as much notice as possible.
Kinetic Grove will make reasonable efforts to offer one make-up opportunity for a missed class during or shortly after the pilot. Make-ups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed for a particular date or time.Missed classes are not refundable.Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive a few minutes before the scheduled class time so that you are ready to begin with the group.If you arrive late, Kinetic Grove will make reasonable efforts to help you join the session. However, because classes include movement instruction and build progressively, a significantly late arrival may limit your ability to participate safely in some or all of the class.Health & Safe Participation
Please let Kinetic Grove know about any injury, pain, physical limitation, or other change that may affect your ability to participate safely.Exercises may be modified or discontinued when appropriate. Kinetic Grove may also ask a participant to stop an exercise or refrain from participating when there is a safety concern.
Participants should seek guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional when they have questions about whether exercise is appropriate for their individual circumstances.Kinetic Grove Class Changes or Cancellations
Occasionally, a class may need to be changed or cancelled due to instructor illness, facility availability, weather, or other circumstances outside of Kinetic Grove's control.If Kinetic Grove cancels a class, participants will not lose the value of that session. Kinetic Grove will provide a make-up opportunity or another appropriate accommodation.If Kinetic Grove is unable to complete the series, participants will receive a refund for any sessions cancelled by Kinetic Grove that cannot be rescheduled.Effective: August 2026
